Physical fitness and good health are being used more frequently in our vocabulary every year, but rarely are those phrases associated with preschoolers and school-aged children, until now!!!

Introducing Lil Sports! Lil’ Sports offers well-planned and coordinated programs of sports, exercise, and health designed specifically for young people. Lil’ Sports programs help preschoolers and school-aged children develop their large motor skills and coordination, while improving their posture and creating and early desire to become physically fit. Lil’ Sports also provides a fun outlet for young people. Classes are held on a weekly or bi-weekly basis and session fees include gym and health, karate, dance or yoga classes, activity sheets. Lil’ Sports does not believe in contracts and therefore program enrollment is on a month to month basis. Depending on a schools preference, Lil’ Sports will send an invoice home with each child at the beginning of every month or can invoice the school directly.

We offer free demonstrations for all interested schools and provide schools and parents with all the information necessary to start classes as soon as desired. There are several different ways that Lil’ Sports programs can be incorporated into a program's curriculum. We work individually with schools to find the options that best suit their needs.
