Our Programs

Lil’ Sports offers well planned and coordinated programs of sports and exercise designed specifically for today's young people. Our programs help students develop their large motor skills and coordination, while improving their posture and creating an early desire to become physically fit. Our programs also provide a fun outlet for energetic young people. Classes are held on site at preschools and elementary schools all year round on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.

Our programs include:

  • Lil’ Sports for Preschool-Age Children – jogging, stretching and sports and gym class activities specifically targeted to children ages 2 - 6. This fun, energetic program is set to music and teaches children the basics of multiple sports and activities while building teamwork, listening skills and gross motor skills.


  • Lil’ Sports for School-Age Children – a version of our original preschool-age program, modified to meet the needs of older children ages 6 – 12.


  • Lil’ Sports Team Sports Clinics - 8 – 12 week sports clinics focused on building children’s interest and ability in a specific sport. Clinics offered include soccer, football, basketball, baseball, lacrosse, and volleyball.


  • Lil’ Karate – Lil’ Karate is a great way for students to become physically fit and have fun while learning the basics of karate. Our Lil’ Karate program is typically 12 weeks in duration. Not only will the students learn karate, but they will also get the benefits of discipline, focus, confidence, self-esteem and respect toward each other and their instructor.


  • Lil’ Dance – Lil’ Dance is a great way for children to exercise and have fun. Our dance program is typically 12 weeks in duration and is designed to produce muscle strength and increase flexibility. Students will enjoy learning new dance styles and movements through fun and familiar games and activities.


  • Lil’ Yoga – Lil’ Yoga is a great way for children to exercise and have fun. Our Yoga program is typically 12 weeks in duration and is designed to produce muscle strength, increase flexibility, promote coordination and increase body awareness. Students will enjoy learning yoga using and animal postures and movements through fun and familiar games and activities.


  • Moonbounces and Parties – Lil’ Sports is available to provide moonbounces or party activities for your next event, such as birthday or backyard parties.
