Lil' Dance Program

Lil’ Dance is a great way for children to exercise and have fun. Our dance program is typically 12 weeks in duration and is designed to produce muscle strength and increase flexibility. Students will enjoy learning new dance styles and movements through fun and familiar games and activities. One of the greatest benefits of dance is that it sparks a child's imagination and nurtures individual creativity in a unique way. Students enrolled in Lil’ Dance will share the joy of physical self-expression in a supportive, safe and structured setting.

Our lesson plans incorporate both individual creativity and group choreography. At the end of each session students will have an understanding of the basics of dance and have the opportunity to participate in a group dance finale.

Lil’ Dance Lessons include:

  • Learning 1st Position and Arabesque
  • Learning Jazz Drag
  • Learning Hip Rolls
  • Learning Jumps
  • Learning Kick Steps

Our Lil’ Dance sessions run from 30 – 45 minutes, for students from 2 to 12 years of age. All classes take place on site at participating schools during the school day. Lil’ Dance may not be offered by all Lil’ Sports franchises.
