Lil' Yoga Program

Lil’ Yoga is a great way for children to exercise and have fun. Our Yoga program is typically 12 weeks in duration and is designed to produce muscle strength, increase flexibility, promote coordination and increase body awareness. Students will enjoy learning yoga using and animal postures and movements through fun and familiar games and activities.

Our Lil’ Yoga sessions run from 30 – 45 minutes, for students from 2 to 12 years of age. All classes take place on site at participating schools during the school day. Lil’ Yoga may not be offered by all Lil’ Sports franchises.
